You can reboot any device remotely if you’ll connect any GPIO output to the RESET pin.
Maybe, you’ll need to try other values of the C1 capacitor to get a reset signal with the necessary duration.
Attention: you should disconnect the RESET pin from this schematic when you flash a firmware. Consider to use a jumper.

The configuration example is shown below. Output #8 is connected to RESET. It will be visible as a standard ON/OFF switch in your system (for example, in Zigbee2MQTT). If you set a switch to ON, the device reboots and reports OFF back to a coordinator after reboot.
